NOTICE TO ALL: All flights by appointment only. ( But Feel free to call for last minute flights. We will see what we can do.) Sorry no store front. We will meet at the airplane. Rates are based on a 2 person minimum with 3 adults max and the load limit may allow us to take 2 small kids less than 80 lbs with up to 5 passenger max.
ALL FLIGHTS SUBJECT TO CHANGE or CANCEL: Of course they are right? Weather, sickness, unforeseen mechanical issues like a flat tire. But really mostly the weather which would make our job much easier if we could control it. If this happens there will be no charge and your deposit will be returned promptly.
CANCELATION POLICY: If the customer must cancel outside of 30 days you will get a full refund. If you cancel inside of 30 days up to a week, your deposit is non-refundable. If inside of 7 days or booked within 7 days of your flight there is no canceling your flight since very little time to fill your slot and you will be charged the full planned flight cost. If you are a no show on the day of you agree to pay the full cost of the planned flight. Thank you for your understanding.
